Doing all things as unto the Lord.
HTML (HyperText Markup Language) is a computer language devised to allow website creation. These websites can then be viewed by anyone else connected to the Internet. It is constantly undergoing revision and evolution to meet the demands and requirements of the growing Internet audience under the direction of the W3C, the organisation charged with designing and maintaining the language.
HTML is also often used to refer to content of the MIME type text/html or even more broadly as a generic term for HTML whether in its XML-descended form (such as XHTML 1.0 and later) or its form descended directly from SGML (such as HTML 4.01 and earlier).
By convention, html format data files use a file extension .html or .htm.
